Vladimir Konicek

Vladimir Konicek (born on 23th February 1964) is a Czech politician. He has been member of the Chamber of Deputies Parliament of Czech Republic since 26. 10. 2013. He was elected on the slate of KSČM party.

Education[edit]

He graduated in the field of study "physics of solids" at the Faculty of Science at Masaryk University in Brno. After graduating in 1987 he began work at the state enterprise Mesit where he was working until 1993, when he began teaching at the Secondary and hotel school in Uherské Hradište. Because of this he completed his education in to be a physics teacher at the Faculty of Science on Masaryk University.

Political career[edit]

Vladimir Konicek has been a member on the Committee for Budgetary Control since 4. 12. 2013, an Electoral Committee member since 4. 12. 2013, the Committee on Budgetary Control chairman since 5. 12. 2013 and the Electoral Committee vice-chairman since 11. 12. 2013.

Mr. Konicek has been also a member of Podvybor pro legislativu a kontrolni systemy since 10. 4. 2014 and member of Stala komise pro kontrolu pouziti odposlechu a zaznamu telekomunikacniho provozu, pouziti sledovani osob a veci a ruseni provozu elektronickych komunikaci since 12. 12. 2013. He has been a member of the Political group Communist Party of Bohemia and Moravia since 27. 10. 2013.
