Schein, Edgar (March 5, 1928 -)[edit]

Former MIT professor and inventor of the term “corporate culture”, the culture of business. Corporate culture is a component of organizational culture, a general term referring to the collective behaviour of humans in an organization and the value that employees attach to their actions. Corporate culture is often defined as the “character of an organization”, and embodies ethical, behavioural and managerial aspects of the company.
