Oscar Manuel Luzardo fuentes was born in Arrecife de Lanzarote ( Las Palmas de Gran Canarias, Spain) on the 15th of March, 1974.
Political Career[edit]
Mr. Oscar Manuel Luzardo has been Secretary General and Vice Secretary of Political Affairs for the Canary Islands since 2009. He is also the delegate in Lanzarote of Binter Canarias (the Canary Islands Airline). He is currently a Senator to the People’s Party in Lanzarote and is part of the following Commissions: Budget, Defense and Relations with the Ombudsman.
