Cvetko Zupančič

Cvetko Zupančič (born May 4, 1959) is a member of the National Council of the Republic of Slovenia.

Political Career[edit]

In November 2002, he was first elected to the National Council of the Republic of Slovenia, as a representative of the farmers. He has been the President of the Commission for Agriculture, Forestry and Food within the Council for the last two terms.

Professional Career[edit]

In 1995, he was elected the President of the Agricultural Cooperative Stična, the function he still performs. Zupančič was also a member of the Administrative Board of the Cooperative Union of Slovenia for two terms and a member of the Administrative Board of Agriculture and Forestry Chamber of Slovenia for two terms where he was elected the president in 2012.

Education[edit]

Zupančič finished school for professional chauffeurs.
