Anna Karamanli
Anna Karamanli (Greek: Άννα Καραμανλή, born in Thessaloniki, Greece) is a Greek politician and journalist. She is a member of the Hellenic Parliament at the second electoral Prefecture of Athens.
Political Career[edit]
She has been a member of the Political Committee of the New Democracy Party since 2007. She was elected second Prefectural Advisor (2006-2010), the faction "Prefecture of Action" and was nominated Deputy Regional Director of West Athens (2010 to present) with the faction "Attica New Perspective." She has also been a Regional Consultant in Attica Region where she was a member of the Committee on Education, Culture, Sports and Tourism and of the Metropolitan Transportation Commission.
Education[edit]
Anna Karamanli holds a Degree from the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She is a PhD candidate at the University of Sparti on the thesis: “The role of Media in Combatting Violence”. She is also a Graduate of “Bona” School of Journalism.
