Gaspar Carlos ZarrÃas Arévalo
Gaspar Carlos Zarrías Arévalo (born 30 April 1955) is a Spanish Politician.
Political Career
Zarrías Arévalo has been an MP for the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party (PSOE) from Jaén, Andalucia, for one term, since 2011. He was State Secretary of Territorial Cooperation and member of the Federal Committee of the PSOE.
Education
He studied Law and became a lawyer.
