Gaspar Carlos Zarrías Arévalo, born 30 April 1955 in Madrid, is a member of the Spanish Chamber of Deputies representing the Spanish province of Jaén, Andalucía. Zarrías Arévalo is a member of the Spanish Socialist Worker’s Party, Partido Socialista Obrero Español (PSOE) and he is a member of the Socialist Parliamentary Group, Grupo Socialista (GS) within the Chamber of Deputies.

Zarrías Arévalo has been an MP for the Spanish Socialist Workers’ Party (PSOE) from Jaén, Andalucía for one term, since 2011.
