Sylvie Andrich-Duval is a member of the Chamber of Deputies of Luxembourg, where she represents the Christian Social People’s Party (Chrëschtlech-Sozial Vollekspartei) in the South constituency.

Sylvie Andrich-Duval was born in Dudelange in 1958.

Political Career[edit]

She has been a member of the Christian Social People's Party since 1990, a member of the Regulation Commission since 2005 and Vice-President of the same Commission from 2009 until 2013. In 2009 and 2010 she was member of the Commission on Higher Education, Research, Communication and Media. From 2009 until 2011 she was a member of the Commission on National Education, Professional Training and Sports (2009-2011). Since 2013 she has been a member of the Commission on Sustainable Development, a member of the Commission on Family and Integration, a member of the Commission on Housing, a member of the Commission on Public Service and Administrative Reform and Vice-President of the Commission on Health, Equal Opportunities and Sports.
