Sabien Lahaye Battheu
Sabien Agnes Yvonne Lahaye-Battheu (Poperinge, 5 August 1967) is a Flemish-Belgian politician and member of the Flemish liberal party Open VLD.
Political career
Since 2003 Lahaye-Battheu has been a member of the Belgian Chamber of Representatives; she was re-elected in 2007 and 2014. Furthermore she is member of the city council of Poperinge.
Notable work
Lahaye Battheu was awarded the title of Knight of the Order of Leopold.
Education
She studied Law at the University of Louvain.
