Rut Muñoz Martínez, born in Bilbao (Bizkaia) on the 6th June 1973, is a Spanish senator elected for the constituency of Bizkaia on the 10th term. She is a member Basque Nationalist Party.

Political Career[edit]

Rut Muñoz Martínez was elected as senator for the first time in the current term. During this term, she is acting as spokesperson of the cultural commission, the Sport and Education commission, the employment and social security and the public administrations and finances commission. Rut Muñoz Martínez has also been a councillor in the municipality of Zeanuriko Udala.

Education[edit]

Rut Muñoz Martínez holds a degree in Political Sciences and Sociology for the University of Deusto. She has also a diploma for the Institute of European Studies of the Deusto’s University.
