Rita Hagl-Kehl is a member of the SPD and was born on November 11, 1970 in Porz am Rhein, Germany. She is an established graduate secondary-school teacher.

Political Career

Hagl-Kehl is the SPD subdistrict chairman of Deggendorf/Freyung-Grafenau. She is the SPD vice-chairwoman in the district of Lower Bavaria, as well as the deputy district chairman of AsF (Action Reconciliation Service for Peace) in Lower Bavaria.

Education

From 2000 to 2005, Hagl Kehl studied German philology and History at the University of Passau. She also possesses a second degree in Political Science.
