Peter Ester

Peter Ester (born on June 5th, 1953 in Utrecht) is a Dutch sociologist and politician.

Political Career[edit]

As a member of the Christian Union (ChristenUnie) Peter Ester has been a member of the Dutch Senate since June 7th, 2011. He focuses on matters of economic affairs, agriculture, social affairs and employment, finance, infrastructure, natural environment and Kingdom relations.

Education[edit]

Ester studied sociology at the Utrecht University from 1970 until 1976 and received a degree in economics from the Erasmus University Rotterdam at June 21st, 1984.

Special Achievements[edit]

Pester Ester received the Hertog Jan award from the province of Noord-Brabant in 2001.
