Miguel Ángel Pérez De Juan Romero was born on November 5, 1950 in Madrid. He is currently a member of Spanish Senate within the People’s Party.

Political Career

Guerra is currently the Senator for Madrid. He is also the Spokesperson for Education of the People’s Party. Guerra is also currently a member of the Assembly of Madrid. He has been the Minister of Education (2003-2007) and Labour (2001-2003) and Deputy Minister of Public Works, Planning and Transport (1995-2001) for the City of Madrid.

Education

Guerra obtained a degree in Law and Economics from the Complutense University of Madrid.
