Maya Detiège
Maya Detiège (born 30 August 1967 in Antwerp) is a Belgian politician. She is a member of the Flemish social-democratic party SP.A.
Political career
From 2001 until 2003 Detiège was a member of the province council in Antwerp. In 2003 she was elected a member of the Belgian Chamber of Representatives. In 2007 Detiège became a member of the city council of Antwerp. In 2010 and 2014 she was re-elected as a member oft he Chamber of Representatives. Maya Detiège is also a member of the Benelux-Parliament.
Education
Detiège studied Pharmacy at the University of Antwerp.
