Martin Conway (April 8, 1974) is an Irish politician.

Education

He obtained a degree in Economics and Politics at the University College Dublin.

Political career

He was member of Clare County Council from 2004, elected with Fine Gael party. With the same party, he was then elected in the Irish Senate in 2011 in the Administrative panel. He is also the spokesperson on Equality and Disabilities for Fine Gael.

Notable works

He received the prestigious University College Dublin’s Presidents’ award for Excellence in recognition of his commitment for campaigning and advocacy, for people with disabilities. Martin Convay is also a founding member of AHEAD (the Association of Higher Education Access and Disability), an organization built up to facilitate the access of disabled people to education.
