Ellen Margaret Eaton, Baroness Eaton, (born in 1942 in Bradford, England) is a Conservative Party life peer in the British House of Lords.

Political Career

Margaret Eaton became a peer in 2010. She was Chairman of the Local Government Association between 2008 and 2011, having previously been the Leader of the Conservative Group in it. She was Council Leader for the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council.

Education

She attended Hanson Grammar School and the Balls Park Teacher Training College (Cert. Ed).
