Luigi Cesaro was born on the19th of February 1952 and he is an Italian politician.

Political career[edit]

In 1990, he was a member of the Italian Socialist Party and he was a councilmen of the province of Napoli. In 1995 he was re-elected councilmen of the province of Napoli, but this time he was a member of the Forza Italia. In 1996 he was deputy of the Chamber of deputies. He was a member of the Committee of Transportation for two times and of the Committee of Special EU Policies and of the Committee of Productive Activities and Budget. From 2009 until 2012 he was president of the province of Napoli. From 1997 until 2002 he was the coordinator of his party in the province of Napoli. In 1999 he was elected deputy in the European Parliament and therefore he resigned from the Italian Chamber of deputies. In 2001 and 2006 he was re-elected during the elections and he became a member of the committee of Transportation. Also in 2008 he was re-elected and he was a member of the committee of Transportation.

Education[edit]

He graduated in Law at the university Federico II of Napoli. He worked as a Lawyer.
