Lord Clement-Jones worked as Head of Legal Services for London Weekend Television from 1980-84, fol-lowing this he became Legal Director for Grand Metropolitan Retailing between 1984 and 1986. In 1986 he took up the role of Co-Secretary and Legal Director of Kingfisher plc, which he held until 1995. In 1999 he became Co-Chair of Gloval Government Relations for DLA Piper UK Ltd between 1999 and 2010. At present he works as the London Managing partner for the same company.
