Juan Morano Masa, born 5 December 1941 in Madrid, is a Spanish senator representing the Spanish province of León in the 10th Congress of Deputies. Morano Masa is a member of the Spanish People’s Party, Partido Popular (PP).

Political Career[edit]

From 1979 to 1995 he was elected mayor of the city of León. Since 1989 he has occupied the position of MP in the Parliament of León. He is currently the spokesman of the Commission of Rogatory and is a member of the General Committee of the Autonomous Communities.

Education[edit]

Morano Masa has a degree in Law.
