Juan José Ortíz Pérez is a Spanish politician and member of the People’s Party (PP). He was born in Fontcouverte (France) on May 30th, 1945. He is currently serving as a Senator at the Senate of Spain.

Political Career

In 1983 he was designated as the People’s Party Spokesman at the city council of Oropesa (Castellon). He kept this position until 1990. He has been elected as a Deputy at the Spanish Congress twice; first in 1996 during the VI term and secondly in 2000 for the VII term. He is currently serving his fifth term at the Senate.
