José Antonio Manchado Lozano is a Spanish politician and member of the Spanish Socialist Worker’s Party (PSOE). He was born in Palma de Mallorca on February 9th, 1953. He is currently serving as a Senator at the Senate of Spain, after being elected in the last general elections that took place in 2011.

Political Career[edit]

Before serving as a senator, Jose Antonio Manchado Lozado was a councillor in the city council of Calvià (1995-2011). From 2007 to 2011, he was also the General Director of Communication and Technology at the Regional Government of the Balearic Islands.

Education[edit]

José Antonio Manchado Lozano graduated in Telecommunications. He has worked as a professor of Technology.
