José Matos Rosa was born on the 4th of September 1959 and he is Tax Administration Technician.
Political Career[edit]
He is currently a Member of Parliament for Lisbon for the Social Democrat Party. He has been a deputy since the X Legislature (2005) and is currently part of the Commission for National Defence and of Budget, Finance and Public Administration.
