Jean Etienne was born on 26th of February 1966 and, as profession, he is a tutor. In Guiana he has been president of the Administrative Council, mayor of Kourou and regional councellor of Guiana.

Political Career

Jean Étienne Antoinette is a member of the Senate of France, elected on 2008 for the costituency of French Guiana, as a representative of the Socialist Group of Senate. He is member of the senatioral delegatioon of territorial collectivities and decentralization; member of the senatioral delegation overseas; member of the study board on forest, trash management, sportive practices; and municipal Councelor of Kourou
