Jan Becaus was born on the 18th July 1948 in Gent. He is a co-opted Senator in the Belgian Senate for the Flemish nationalist party (N-VA).

Jan Becaus started his political career in 2014 when he became co-opted Senator to the Belgian Senate for the Flemish nationalists (N-VA).

Education[edit]

He is a certificated teacher in English, Dutch, and German.
