A term which generically refers to mixture. It is used in many different academic realms and in the field of Cultural Diplomacy refers to the opportunity for cultural diplomacy to be practised by different agents cooperating together, such as the public and private sector and civil society, i.e. a hybrid form of cultural diplomacy.
