Franco Mercieca is a Maltese politician of the Labour Party. He belongs to the Party of European Socialists (PES).


Political career[edit]

He was appointed as Parliamentary Secretary for Active Ageing and Disabilty Rights in 2013.


Education[edit]

Franco Mercieca is graduated as a Doctor in Medicine and Surgery in 1990.
