Darragh O'Brien was born on the 8th of July, 1974 in Malahide, Ireland. He is the T.D. for Dblin North and was chosen to serve on Micheál’s Front Bench, as Spokesperson for Sport.

Political Career

He was the first TD in his area to campaign successfully to deal with the scourge of Head Shops, which are now closed. Currently as an elected Senator, he believes that he can bring the right blend of youth and experience in his role as leader of the opposition in the Seanad. Darragh O'Brien has supported Irish Small and Medium Businesses and ensured foreign direct investment comes to North Dublin to create much-needed jobs.
