Anne Barzin, born in Namur on August 18, 1975, is a Belgian politician and MP of the French Community.

Political Career

Barzin is a member of the French Parliament since January 2007. In addition, she is 'Alderwoman' for Finance, Trade, Economy and Information Technology in the City of Namur since December 2006. Her previous political functions include Municipal councillor in Namur since 1994, Member of the House of Representatives (1999-2007), Secretary of the House of Representatives (2003-2007) and Vice President of PRL in 2001.

Education

Anne Barzin had her Secondary education in the establishment of the Sisters of Notre Dame in Namur. She has a Law education from the University Faculties Notre Dame de la Paix in Namur (1993-1995) and a Law degree of the Catholic University of Louvain (1995-1998).
