Anne-Wil Lucas was born on the 10th of January 1975 in Warnsveld. She is a politician in the Dutch House of Representatives for the People'Party for Freedom and Democracy (VVD).

Political career

Before her political career, she was a lobbyist and advisor for the Society for preservation of nature monuments in the Netherlands. Between 2003 and 2006 she was staff member for the VVD in the States-Provincial of Friesland. Since 2006 she is a senior advisor in regional development.

Education

Between 1994 and 1998, Lucas studied Urban planning at the Wageningen University.
