Anna Lena Baerbock

Anna Lena Baerbock (born December 15. 1980) is a German Politician and a member of the Alliance 90 / The Greens. She is also a member of Amnesty International , UNHCR and BUND.

Political Career

Baerbock has been a Member of the party Alliance '90 / The Greens since 2012. She was the spokeswoman for the Federal Association of Europe Alliance '90 / The Greens from 2008-2013. She also was the Board member of the European Green Party from 2009-2012. Baerbock has been a Member of Alliance 90 / The Greens since 2005. Moreover, Baerbock has been the state chairman of Alliance '90 / The Greens (Brandenburg) from 2009-2013. She equally has been the Secretary for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Parliamentary Group of Alliance 90 / The Greens from 2008-2009. Baerbock was equally the Office Manager of MEPs Elisabeth Schroedter from 2005-2008. In 2005, Baerbock was a Trainee at British Institute of Comparative and Public International Law.

Education

Baerbock obtained her PhD in International Law at the Freie Universität Berlin. She undertook her Masters in Public International Law at London School of Economics (LSE). She undertook a Politics and Law degree at the University of Hamburg.
