Alejandro Muñoz-Alonso Ledo

Alejandro Muñoz-Alonso Ledo, born in Salamanca (Castilla y León), is a Spanish senator for the constituency of Madrid for the 10th term. He is a member of the People’s Party (PP).

Political Career

Alejandro Muñoz-Alonso Ledo was elected as senator for the first time in the 7th term and then re-elected in the followings terms. During the current term, he is acting as President of the International Affairs Commission and as spokesman of the Defence Commission and the Mixed Commission for the European Union. Before becoming Senator, José Muñoz Martín was also a national deputy on the 4th, 5th and 6th terms.

Education

José Muñoz Martín is a professor and holds the Big Cross of Military Merit, and Medal of the Order for the Constitutional Merit.
