Aare Heinvee, born 27th of September 1956 in Rapla, has been an MP for the Estonian Reform party from 1999 to the present day.

Political Career[edit]

Heinvee has been an MP since 2011 for the 12th incarnation of the Riigikogu (Estonian parliament). He has also been part of Rapla Municipal Government, and was mayor from 2002 to 2009. He was also mayor at Rapla City Council from 1999 to 2002. Heinvee was equally head of department at the Rapla Estonian Agricultural Engineering department from 1981-1987.

Education[edit]

Heinvee graduated from the Estonian Academy of Agricultural Engineers in 1979.
