Davide Caparini
Davide Caparini was born in Brescia on 3rd March 1967. He has been an Italian deputy since 2013. He is a member of the Northern League Party.
Political career
He is the founder of La Padania, the newspaper of the Northern league Party and Radio Padania Libera, the radio of the Northern league Party. He also founded Il Sole delle Alpi, another newspaper and the publishing house Bruno Salvadori. He joined the Northern League Party in 1986. Since 1996 he has been a deputy of the Northern League. He was a member of the Cultural Committee between 1996 and 2001. Then, from 2001 to 2008 he was a member of the Committee for Transportation, Post and Telecommunications. He was also vice president of the Parliamentary Committee for the Surveillance of the Media for a short time in 2001. From 2008 until 2013 he was president for the Parliamentary Committee for Regional Issues. He was president of the Bicameral Committee for Regional Issues. Until 2013 he was secretary of the Chamber of Deputies. From 2001 to 2012 he held office as a member of the administrative office of the Northern League, then a member of the political office of the Northern League and he was also responsible for communications within the Northern League Party.
Education
He studied Mechanics at high school in Sondrio. He studied Engineering at the University of Brescia and he completed a Masters in Industrial Drawing in Milan.
