Member of the Spanish Parliament (PP)

José Luis Ayllon Manso (Barcelona, July 5, 1970) is a Spanish lawyer and politician. He is currently Deputy People's Party for Barcelona and Secretary of State for Parliamentary Relations at the Ministry of the Presidency.

Political Career

He started out in politics from an early age, as a member of the People's party In 2001 he moved to Madrid to serve as Advisor to the Prime Minister, José María Aznar. After the general elections of 2004 until 2008 he served as national press secretary of the PP. The Legislature IX was the Secretary General of the People's party. He was re-elected Deputy for Barcelona in the X Legislature on December the 23, 2011 and was appointed Secretary of State for Parliamentary Relations at the Ministry of the Presidency.

Education

He graduated in Law from the University of Barcelona. While pursuing his studies, he worked at La Caixa between 1988 and 1992 and after successful completion of a law degree, he practiced law from 1993 to 1996.
