José Luis Sanz Ruiz, born 21 September 1968 in Sevilla, is a Spanish senator representing the Spanish province of Sevilla, in Andalucía in the 10th Congress of Deputies. Sanz Ruiz is a member of the Spanish People’s Party, Partido Popular (PP).

Political Career

Sanz Ruiz has been an MP in the Andalusian Parliament since 2000. Additionally, in 2007 he was appointed mayor of Tomares (Sevilla), a position he still occupies today. Also in 2007 he was appointed President of the Partido Popular of Sevilla. In the Spanish Senate, José Luis Sanz Ruiz is the President of the Committee on Finance and Government. Furthermore, he is a member ofthe Development Commission and the Committee on Petitions.

Education

José Luis Sanz Ruiz has a degree in Economics.
