Margarita Durán Vadell was born in Melilla on November 18, 1963. She is a member of the Spanish Senate within the People’s Party for Mallorca.

Political Career

She has held the position of Coordinator of Education, Culture, Youth and Sports of Palma City Council. Vadell was also the Manager of the Foundations of the School of Dramatic Art and the Conservatory of the Balearic Islands.

Education Career

Duran Vadells has a degree in Geography and History and a PhD in Ancient History. She has developed her professional work in the areas of teaching, research and management history. She was the President of the district of the old town of Palma and the Vice-Secretary of the regional board.

Notable Work

She has written a book named “ Los Limites de Ares”.
