Overcoming cultural and familial differences
This movie, set in the future, casts a retrospective glance at the moment when peace was brokered between Israel and Palestine. The story follows a Palestinian and an Israeli businessmen, who are struggling to set up a company together because of a strong cultural divide between their families. The movie shows how the men overcome the cultural divisions between their families in order to start their business peacefully and efficiently. The title of the film resonates in that it depicts us all as living in the same world despite the differences we may have. This movie also represents a transcendence of cultural borders through the social medium of Facebook, a medium that helps the businessmen to promote their company.
