Francisco Javier Losada de Azpiazu was born in A Coruña (Spain) on the 16th of July of 1955. He is a politician to the Spanish Socialist Workers Party (PSOE)

Political Career

He has been the mayor of A Coruña since 2006. He has been part of the local authority of the Municipality of A Coruña since the year 1983 working in different fields and was appointed Deputy Mayor. He was a deputy at the Galician Parliament from 1983 until 2006 when he became the mayor. He is a senator and the Vice-President of the Committee on Petitions in the Spanish Parliament. He is also the Secretary General of the Socialist Group in A Coruña.

Education Career

Degree in Medicine and Surgery.
