Boriana Åberg was born on the 1968 in Bulgaria. She is a member of the Swedish Parliament and is representing the Moderate Party since 2010.

Political Career

Boriana Åberg joined the Moderate Party in 1998. In the 2002 elections she was voted in to the City Council of Kävlinge in southern Sweden. Due to the sudden death of the Chairman of the Council Åberg replaced him as the Chairman in the City Council in 2007. She was also a replacement in the parliament in 2008 and 2009 for around 2 months both times. In the 2010 election Boriana Åberg was voted in as a ordinary member of Parliament.

Education

She has a Master of Science in engineering from Bulgaria, but when she moved to Sweden in the begining of the 90s she relised that her Master was not valid in Sweden so she started to educate her to become a Social Worker at the University of Lund.
