Bibiano Serrano Calurano
Bibiano Serrano Calurano (born 27 December 1960) is a Spanish Politician.
Political career
Bibiano Serrano has been a MP for the Spanish People's Party (PP) from Badajoz, Extremadura, for one term, since 2011. Previously he was major of the City Hall of Higuera de Llerena from 1999. Moreover, he was president of the APAG.
Education
He is an Agricultural Businessman.
