Luis Manuel Torres Herrera (born 25 August 1957) is a Spanish Politician.
Political Career
Torres Herrera has been an MP for the Spanish People’s Party (PP) from Santa Cruz de Tenerife, for one term, since 2011. Furthermore, he is member of the Managing Committee; the Executive Committee; and the Direction Board of the Regional branch of the PP.
Education
Torres Herrera has BA in Forestry Engineering with specialization in Forestry Industries at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
