Imelda Henry was born on the 5th of March, 1967. She is an Irish senator and a member of the Fine Gael party.

Political Career[edit]

Imelda Henry was part of the Sligo County Council from the year 2004 until the year 2011. The same year she was elected to the Seanad, on the Industrial and Commercial Panel.

She is also the Fine Gael Seanad spokesperson on Children and a member of the Joint Oireachtas Committee on Health.

Education[edit]

Imelda Henry studied at Ursuline College, Sligo and is a graduate of LSB College in Dublin.
