Adam Lipiński was born on 11th September 1956 in Głubczyce. He is a Polish politician and one of the founders of Prawo i Sprawiedliwość(Law and Justice,  national-conservative political party in Poland. )

Adam Lipiński beginn his career as a member the of democractic opposition to the communist government in Poland. In 1970 he was an active member of the Student Solidarity Committee. In 1981 he was chief of Publishing House of Solidarity in Wrocław. Until 1989 he had to remain undercover but he was active in Conspiratorial Underground.
