Biography[edit]
H.E. Amb. Théodore C. Loko has been the Ambassador of Benin to the Holy See since the 28th of May, 2010. He met with the former Pope Benedict on several occasions. He has also published the books: The international law of the State of Law, European University Editions and Diplomacy of the Holy See, Libreria Editrice Vaticanamore.
