Empower and engage people around the world to collect and develop educational content and either publish it under a free license. This content can be disseminated effectively and globally, free of charge.
iCulturalDiplomacy hosted by the Institute for Cultural Diplomacy only exists because of the vibrant community of users who collaborate to write, edit, and curate the content. We welcome your participation in this community. We encourage you to be civil and polite in your interactions with others in the community, to act in good faith, and to make edits and contributions with the aim of furthering the mission of the shared iCulturalDiplomacy.
Our content is for general informational purposes only. It should not be taken as professional advice.
If you wish to add content, you must first log into iCulturalDiplomacy. Therefore, you will set up an account and receive a password. You are responsible for safeguarding your own password and should never disclose it to any third party. All authors of iCulturalDiplomcy are invited to create all the content that they contribute to this website in good faith. The contents of iCulturalDiplomacy shall be developed jointly, openly and without direct editorial monitoring and control. Almost all content can be changed anytime by anyone. In particular, works that are suspected of infringing copyrights, exploitation , privacy or other rights , at any time be corrected or deleted immediately without consultation. Each user is fully responsible for the contributions he has created.

iCulturalDiplomacy is an open, free base of knowledge about cultural diplomacy which anyone can change, edit and replenish. iCulturalDiplomacy cannot guarantee the validity of the information found here. The content of any given article may recently have been changed, vandalized or altered by someone whose opinion does not correspond with the state of knowledge in the relevant fields.

- PERSONALITY RIGHTS
iCulturalDiplomacy contains material which may portray an identifiable person who is alive or deceased recently. The use of images of living or recently deceased individuals is, in some jurisdictions, restricted by laws pertaining to personality rights, independent from their copyright status. Before using these types of content, please ensure that you have the right to use it under the laws which apply in the circumstances of your intended use.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you do not infringe someone else's personality rights.

We believe that maintaining and preserving the privacy of user data is important. This General Terms is committed to safeguarding the security of the limited user information that is collected and retained on our servers.
Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through your use of our services is done at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material. You agree that we have no responsibility or liability for the deletion of, or the failure to store or to transmit, any content or communication maintained by the service. We retain the right to create limits on use and storage at our sole discretion at any time with or without notice.
No warranties are given. The license may not give you all of the permissions necessary for your intended use. For example, other rights such as publicity, privacy, or moral rights may limit how you use the material.
LIMITATION ON LIABILITY
The Institute for Cultural Diplomacy will not be liable to you or to any other party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, regardless of whether we were advised of the possibility of such damage.
PURPOSE OF THE COLLECTION OF PRIVATE INFORMATION ABOUT USERS
iCulturalDiplomacy limits the collection of personally identifiable user data to purposes which serve the well-being of its projects, including but not limited to the following:
To provide site statistics. Institute for Cultural Diplomacy statistically samples raw log data from users' visits. These logs are used to produce the site statistics pages; the raw log data will not be made public.
To solve technical problems. Log data may be examined by developers in the course of solving technical problems and in tracking down badly-behaved web spiders that overwhelm the site.
You understand that, unless otherwise agreed to in writing with us, you have no expectation of compensation for any activity, contribution, or idea that you provide us, the community of ICD, or the iCulturalDiplomacy.
