Miroslav Opalka

Miroslav Opalka (born on 9th October 1952) is a Czech politician. He has been member of the Chamber of Deputies Parliament of Czech Republic since 26. 10. 2013. He was elected to the KSČM party.

Education[edit]

Mr. Opalka studied at the secondary school in Opava between 1968-1972 in the field of Hospitality. He used to work for hotels and youth organizations. In 1987 he graduated from College of policy at the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia in Prague, where he received the RSDr. degree in 1988.

Political career[edit]

Miroslav Opalka has been a member of the Committee on Social Policy since 4. 12. 2013 and the vice-chairman of the Committee on Social Policy since 5. 12. 2013.

Mr. Opalka was also a member of Podvybor pro socialne pojistne systemy a duchodovou reformu since 10. 4. 2014. He has been a member of Political group Communist Party of Bohemia and Moravia since 27. 10. 2013.
