Miguel Ãngel Cortés
He was born on July 14, 1958 in Valladolid, Spain.
Political Career[edit]
He is the current MP for Valladolid and a member of the parliamentary group in the new legislature. He was the most active Member of Congress. He is a member of the National Executive Committee of the People's Party and a member of the Board of FAES. He was Secretary of State for Culture (1996-2000)and Secretary of State for International Cooperation and Latin America (2000-2004).

He graduated in Law from the University of Valladolid.
