María Carmen Riolobos Regadera

María Carmen Riolobos Regadera, born in El Torno (Cáceres), is a Spanish senator elected for the constituency Toledo in the 10th term. She is a member of the People’s Party (PP).

Political Career[edit]

María Carmen Riolobos Regadera was elected as senator for the first time in the 9th term. During the current term, she is acting as spokesperson of consumption in the Health and Social Services Commission. She is also a member of the Mixed Commission for the parliamentary control for the relation between RTVE (Spanish public radio-television) and its societies. Before becoming a senator, María Carmen Riolobos had also been a regional deputy of Catilla-La Mancha during three terms (also the current term). At the local level, she has been mayor and councillor of the municipality of Talavera de la Reina (Toledo).

Education[edit]

María Carmen Riolobos Regadera holds a degree in Biology and she is specialised in environmental health and food hygiene. She also has a diploma in Health studies. She is also member of three scientific societies.
