Jordi Miquel Sendra i Vellvé
Jordi Miquel Sendra i Vellvé was born in Tarragona on November 20, 1961. He is currently a member of the Spanish Senate within the CIU party.
Political Career[edit]
Vellvé is the Spokesman of the Commission of the Interior, as well as the Spokesman of the Commission Incomptabilitats. He is also the Spokesman of the Special Committee to study the problem of people despaaregudes unexplained. Ve llvé is a member of the joint Committees of the Interior, Education and Sport, Industry, Energy and Tourism. He has been member of the Council of Tarragona from 2002 to 2011, taking charge of the Department of Planning and Urban Development. He was also Chief of Staff of the Presidency of the Port of Tarragona (2011).
