She was a Fulbright scholar (2000-200) at The Bureau of Labor Statistics, US, Researcher at KIMEP (2002-2004), the Project Manager of UNDP, Consultant/Experts of UN, Tacis, USAID programmes. Her current occupation is Director of the Center for Research and Development, International Academy of Business. She is also a, student of The DBA programme of KIMEP in Almaty Kazakhstan.
